RocketPredict is an esports prediction service (Rocket League, RLCS) that runs exclusively on an internal virtual currency ("coins"). No part of the service involves real money: no purchases, no cash-out, no conversion.
1. Purpose of the service
RocketPredict lets users make predictions on Rocket League and RLCS matches using a virtual currency with no monetary value, distributed for free by the platform. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not affiliated with any game publisher or official competition organizer.
2. User account
Registration is limited to individuals aged 13 or older. Each user may create and use only one account. Login credentials are personal and confidential: users are responsible for keeping them safe and for all activity on their account.
3. Virtual currency
The "coins" used on RocketPredict have no monetary value whatsoever. They can never be purchased with real money, nor resold, exchanged, or converted into real money or any other prize that could itself be converted into money. RocketPredict reserves the right to adjust, reset, or remove coins from an account, in particular in case of anomalies or abuse.
4. Acceptable use
Users agree to use the service in good faith: no multiple accounts, no manipulation of predictions or results, no bots or automated scripts, and no abusive or fraudulent behavior toward other users or the platform.
5. Suspension and termination
RocketPredict reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
6. Disclaimer on odds and results
The odds, leaderboards, and results displayed are provided purely for informational and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute advice or a guarantee of any sporting outcome, and may contain errors or delays.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, RocketPredict shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service, which only involves a currency with no real value.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts (exact venue and details to be confirmed during legal review).
